For Outlook 2007, 2010 & 2013
If you are using Microsoft outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013 then, settings should be done from “Internet Option Properties”. Follow below steps:
Step 1. Press “Win + R” to open Run dialog box and type “inetcpl.cpl” and click OK or hit Enter from your keyboard.
Step 2. Select “Advanced” Tab and scroll down to the “Security Settings” list, then, uncheck the box of “Do not save encrypted pages to disk” and click OK to save settings.
For Outlook 2016 & 2019
Step 1. Open Microsoft outlook and click on the File Menu from the left top, then, select “Options”.
Step 2. From the left pane, click “Trust Center” and options will come up to the right side. Click on “Trust Center Settings”.
Step 3. Another screen will be prompted. Click on “Automatic Download” from the left pane, then, Uncheck the box “Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items”.
