  1. Unfortunately all 4 methods didn’t work. The last method got rid of the message however when I tried to open a word doc it just closed word.
    Any ideas?

    1. Not sure which 4 methods you are referring. We have only 3 methods listed on our site and the last method (3rd one) that we shown will just downgrade or upgrade the office version which couldn’t be a reason behind suddenly closed Word.
