As per the internet research, we can say:
You may activate your Microsoft office package by using KMS script or by running an office activator that may have detected in a Microsoft office update.
Moreover, KeyManagementServiceName has been updated to Windows registry editor which may also cause this.
Removing Your License isn’t Genuine and You May be a Victim of Software Counterfeiting Notification
To clarify, this is not a serious problem and can be fixed easily as shown in the steps below:
Step 1. Launch any Office app like: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook wherever you get this notification message.
Step 2. Go to File Menu and click Options from the context list.
Step 3. Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook Options window will appear (depending on the office application you are using at this point)
Now follow the points below:
- Click General from the left pane
- Navigate to and click Privacy Settings…
- Another window will pop up called privacy settings.
Now from the right side, Scroll-down to All connected experiences and uncheck the box of Enable connected experiences - Lastly, click OK to save the privacy settings and click OK again to save Options
Step 4. Finally, a Restart Required notification will be prompted which means the Microsoft application needs to be restarted (close and launch again).
Note: If you have opened multiple Microsoft apps such as; Word, Excel or any other, close them all and open them again.

All the above settings we have made in Step 3, will immediately affect Microsoft Office after step 4.
Now, once you launch any of the office applications, the notification “Your license isn’t genuine and you may be a victim of software counterfeiting. Avoid interruption and keep your files safe with genuine Office today” won’t appear.

I have tried using all the three methods, but stll it doesn’t work (I have got the genuine notification now again)
We will look forward and try to find some other solution (if any) as all three methods won’t work to you.

It did work for about 3 weeks. But now a banner comes up first, and then the single yellow non genuine line after closing the banner. Others have also noticed this and left comments under your YouTube video. Please let me know if you find a new solution. Also signing out makes no difference.
Thank you for raising this concern. However, we have already noticed this. Apparently, it works for many users, but not sure why it doesn’t work for few users. Unfortunately, as of now this is the only solution available with us. We are still looking if we can find something new in order to resolve this. Will update you as soon as we will find some other solution.
Hi Sandeep, the method worked for a few weeks, but aparently some recent office update now shows the popup window and yellow line every time office starts.

Hello Sandeep, I just tried your second method. It does change the serial number, But it has not Fixed the problem. You still get the pop up window and yellow line. The pop up window message now says – ‘Why risk it?, Get Genuine Office’
sadly,it has not worked for me
