Mail App Signature in Windows 10
Being as a part of Windows 10, Windows Mail App is a very simple, useful and free for all the users. If you are using Windows Mail App as your default email client to send or receive emails, you may have fought to changing its Signature. While composing an email, the default Signature is “Sent from Mail for Windows 10” (check below image). If you want to change mail app signature to your own signatures, continue reading this post.
Change Mail App Signature
I am sure that you want to change default signature to your own customized Signature. This post will show you, how you can change Mail App Signature into yours own. Follow the steps given below:
Step 1. Open “Mail” App. To open this, click Start Menu and select Mail. Change Mail App Signature Click To Tweet
Step 2. In the left pane at the bottom, click on Mail Settings (gear) icon to open Mail App Settings.
Step 3. The Mail Settings option will open in the right side of the screen. From this list, select “Signature”
Step 4. In this place, you can edit or customize the Mail App Signature. In case you use more than one account configured and want to set only one signature for all then check the box of Apply to all accounts.
Make sure “use an email signature” button is ON.
Step 5. Now click inside the box under Signature and remove “Sent from Mail for Windows 10“. Then, start typing, as you want to see as your signature.
Also, you can add multiple lines to your signature by pressing the Enter key to create a new line.
That is all we had to do. Now, click the back arrow at the top of the Settings Pane to close it. Now to check customized signature, create a new email message and your new custom signature will now be automatically added to the bottom of your email message.

Disable Windows 10 Mail App Signature
If you want to turn the Windows 10 Mail signature completely off, go back to Mail > Settings > Signature and set the option “Use an email signature” to Off.
