Thumbnail Preview Not Showing

To fix this, we need to access Folder Options for Windows 7 and 8.1.
For Windows 10, you need to access File Explorer Options.

Follow the steps given below to fix this:
Step 1. Open the Control Panel.
Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box.
Then, type control and hit the Enter button on your keyboard or click on the OK button to open the Control Panel.
Step 2. Once the Control Panel opens, locate Folder Options in Windows 7 and 8.1.
In windows 10, locate File Explorer Options and click on it to open.
Step 3. Once you are done with Step 2, Folder Options or the File Explorer Option window will appear on your screen.
- Click on the View Tab
- Uncheck Always show icons, never thumbnails.
- Then, click Apply and OK to close the window.
Well, you just fixed your problem.
Lastly, now go back to your image folder and check the thumbnail preview and you will be able to see it as shown in the image below:
