Step 3. Type your Microsoft email that you use to sign into Windows 10. It may ask you to type CAPTCHA and click Next button.
Step 4. You will see the screen where you need to verify your identity to Microsoft. You may have stored recovery option at the time when you have registered Microsoft account. It could be your another email address to receive email, Cell number for receiving Text/IVR call, or any security question that you can answer, if provided. Choose one of them that you can verify. Microsoft will send you the verification code within quick seconds of time.
Step 5. Once you get the verification code, enter that code on the screen and click on Next button.
