Tablet Mode Settings
No doubt, tablet mode makes your Windows PC more touch friendly while using your device as a tablet. If your PC has a tablet mode capability, then, you can use your PC like a tablet. If you are using a Windows 10 laptop, i am sure that you are aware about the Tablet Mode settings in your Windows 10 laptop. Microsoft has launched a very good feature in Windows 10 called “Tablet Mode”. It’s a very useful function for the users, who are used to work with Tablets and wanted to use their computer as Tablet Mode. However, some of the users do not like Tablet Mode in a laptop while using Windows 10. Tablet mode exists on touch capability laptops and All-in-one PC’s.
Settings to Enable or Disable
Microsoft has also given an option to manually Enable or Disable Tablet Mode settings in Windows 10. Step 1. Firstly, we need to open Windows 10 settings. To open Windows 10 Settings, click on “Start Menu” and click Settings Icon.
Step 2. Once Windows Settings will open’ click on “System”.
Step 3. From the left pane of the screen, click and select the Tablet Mode. You will see, Tablet mode sub-menu appears to right on the screen.
Step 4. Under Sub-menus; now you are able to make settings by your own as per your requirement. There is a drop down for “When I sign in” and “When this device automatically switches tablet mode on or off”.
By doing above settings, you can see your Windows 10 computer is in Tablet Mode as shown in below image:
Alternatively, A second option to switch your PC into tablet mode is so simple. Just go to the “Notification Area” to the right bottom and choose “Tablet mode”. It will instantly switch your Windows screen to Tablet mode. Now, you will be able to access your device as a tablet.
