If you are using a Windows 10 laptop, i am sure that you are aware of the Tablet Mode settings in your Windows 10 laptop.

No doubt, tablet mode makes your Windows PC more touch friendly while using your device as a tablet.

If your PC has tablet mode capability then you can use your Windows laptop as a tablet.

Microsoft has launched a very good feature from Windows 10 called Tablet Mode.

It’s a very useful function for the users, who are used to working with tablets and wanted to use their computer as tablet.

However, some users do not like Tablet Mode on a laptop while using Windows 10.

Note: Tablet mode exists only on touch capability laptops and All-in-one PC’s.

Microsoft has also given you the option to manually enable or disable tablet mode settings in Windows 10.

Hereby, letting you know the step-by-step guide with screenshots to enable or disable settings on a laptop and All-in-one PC.

Check out the steps given below:

Step 1. First, you need to open the Windows 10 settings. To open Windows 10 Settings, click on the Start Menu and click the Settings gear Icon.

Step 2. When the Windows Settings app screen opens, click on System.

Step 3. From the left pane of the screen, click and select Tablet Mode.

You will see that Tablet mode sub-menu appears to be right on the screen.

Step 4. Under Sub-menus: you are able to make the settings on your own as per your requirement.

There is a drop down for “When I sign in” and “When this device automatically switches tablet mode on or off”.

By doing the above settings, you can see that your Windows 10 computer is in Tablet Mode as shown in the image below:

Alternatively, a second option to switch your PC into tablet mode is very simple. Follow the below:

Just go to the Notification Area from the bottom right and choose Tablet mode.

It will instantly switch your Windows screen to Tablet mode. Now you will able to access your device as a tablet.
