If you are a Windows 10 user and are using your email address (Microsoft account ID) to login to your desktop or laptop.

Hide Email Address from Windows Login Page

You might be having the same problem, so don’t worry, this article will help you to to disable, hide or remove your email address from your Windows 10 login screen.

Step 1. Open Windows Settings.

Step 2. In the Windows Settings App, Click Accounts

Step 3. Now in the left-side pane, select Sign-in Options.

Step 4. Once you select the Sign-in option, go to the right side and scroll down to the bottom and under Privacy, you will see the option Show account details (e.g. email address) on sign-in screen.

By default, this option is ON. This is the reason it is showing your Microsoft account ID (email address) on the Windows 10 sign-in screen.

To hide, disable or remove the email address  or Microsoft account ID from the Windows 10 sign-in screen, click on the toggle button and set this option to OFF.

Once you are done with the above steps, close the settings app windows.

Lock your system with the shortcut Win + L to check. It will now not show your Microsoft ID (email address).

With the above, you can easily hide or remove your Microsoft email ID from the Windows 10 sign-in screen.
