I have reach the step AcrobatUpd11009.msi. after i click. error message pop up by window installer:
the upgrade patch cannot be installed by the window installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.
Please advise.

Hello Mr. Lucid.. got your query, I am sure you have already some other version of Adobe is running before you started the installation of Adobe XI. In solution, you have to uninstall previous installed versions and restart PC then, continue installing Adobe XI.

Issue resolve because i have not install due to my oversight. as in the note it mention do not launch the program. I ended up not installing and immediately press update. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Alright, got your query. First, uninstall previous Adobe Acrobat Reader or pdf reader. Then, restart PC. Now, install the program again as per the given instructions in the “Notepad” file from the downloaded folder. This will work for sure.
